Cadets can compete in many different sports, including rugby, football, volleyball, netball, hockey and many more. They can gain recognition by being selected to represent their Wing, Region or even Corps for their particular sport.

196 Squadron has had Wing representatives for Swimming, Netball and Hockey and Regional representatives for Swimming. If you enjoy sports, then the A.T.C. caters for you!
